This Friday, we will be performing at 313 18th Ave (one block South of Jefferson in the Central District), and I will tell you in the words of our host, because I like them so much, that, "This concert is held to benefit the spirits of those attending and to raise awareness and funds for the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation." (http://www.myasthenia.org/) This is a pay-what-you-will event (we suggest a $10-$15 donation).

Pam and Mary and I are looking forward to it very much, as it has been awhile since we did a house concert by ourselves and it's always so intimate. I feel very connected to everyone when I get to sing in a personal space, like someone's home, to a small audience. Our host's Dad has been diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis and she holds these concerts on his behalf in a house that belongs to Sandy Bradley, so we are very honored, on many levels, to be invited to perform. The concert starts at 7:30. Please come! We would love to see you there!
